Mooie D.R.O.P. is more than a liquorice shop. In the heart of Baarn, they don't just make artisanal liquorice, they also make a difference. Together with young people with limited access to the job market, the liquorice is made, packaged and sold. This has created a place where these young people can grow, learn and participate. They are involved in all business processes, gaining meaningful practical experience. The artisanal products from the shop are made in Baarn with the help of TV chef Pierre Wind and his recipes. Mooie D.R.O.P. has brought pull liquorice back to the market, while also creating delicious innovative products such as liquorice fudge. In this way, Mooie D.R.O.P. brings back a piece of nostalgia while adding innovation, made with craftsmanship and meaning.
